We rode horses, herded cattle, kayaked, and milked cows. We saw plenty of animals and wildlife, including capybaras and ostriches, and even took a hammock nap before watching incredible sunsets. The atmosphere is peaceful, simple in the best way, and incredibly restorative. Delicious organic food is served three times a day, with snacks in between. Our family felt more connected here than we have in a long time. If you’re looking for comfort, quiet, and authentic Uruguayan countryside life, I highly recommend it. If you want something real, wholesome, and deeply grounding, this is it. We left feeling calmer, more connected as a family and to nature, and genuinely grateful. I think I even cried a little."
