The location is very good to see lots of attractions and eat at restaurants. Free breakfast was nice. The double shower in our was very interesting and unique.

Modern, well appointed and very comfortable place in a perfect Old Port location. Our only complaint was the insomniac walking the floor above incessantly. We would recommend the addition of area rugs and perhaps some sound insulation panels on the ceilings. Otherwise, this place truly was perfect.

The room was really nice. However, it came with some unfortunate surprises.
Our apartment loft wasn't in the hotel it was a block away up a 5 story walk up with no elevator.
Also the plumbing in the old building seemed very sensitive to other units usage so the shower temperature would vary wildly, causing several sudden scalding experiences that made showering feel more risky than relaxing.
We got surprised by a $55/day parking free. It is in the fine print but we missed it. So something to be aware of.

Don't expect any communication with the staff. The front desk wasn't staffed during any of the five days we stayed at any time. Messages via the Expedia app were ignored. Daily room service is not available. The hotel does not have a coffee shop/cafe, dry cleaning/laundry services, Concierge services nor a restaurant as advertised. Website says the checkin time is 3PM; however a same day email note says 4PM.
The washer and dryer were both broken and unusable. The shower faucet handle fell off multiple times. The bathroom fan was broken.
The location in the neighborhood was excellent.
