You get a beautiful view from almost all locations. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I didn't eat at all of the restaurants but the pizza at Il Forno was good. As were the drinks! I would have liked to see a few Mexican options on the menu, but, I could have ventured around the property to a different restaurant if it was really an issue. It was low season, but they seemed fully staffed and everything was open. The only comment I have is that I waited over an hour for help with my luggage on check out, despite making several calls. I had given myself plenty of time for the airport, but that could have been an issue for someone on a tighter schedule.

We booked the 2 bedroom suite with ocean view. Unfortunately there’s construction blocking the gorgeous view. It can initially be seen in their lobby. We couldn’t enjoy the balcony and plunge pool. The staff was accommodating enough to change our rooms but it was still the same view. Their rooftop pool will eventually have a building blocking their view depending on how high it’ll get built. Aside from that, the resort is very nice and the staff are very friendly!

Overall customer service was unsatisfactory. Staff wasn’t very helpful only a handful were nice and friendly. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I would look into other places that have better service and value for the price we paid.

Overpriced with disappointing service and disorganization This hotel is quite expensive compared to average hotels and is even featured in the MICHELIN Guide, so we naturally expected top-tier service to match. Unfortunately, it fell way short. The rooms and property are nice, but the service is mediocre at best. Housekeeping was actually worse than what you get at a standard hotel. We also had a personal concierge assigned, which is usually a great perk at upscale resorts, but ours was completely useless. We met them once at check-in and never received a single follow-up or check-in message during the entire stay. Transportation was another headache. We booked our airport/local transfers directly through the hotel, but after I made a simple reschedule request, different staff members kept reaching out to ask if it was actually booked. It left us feeling very anxious about whether our transportation was ever sorted out properly. Furthermore, despite being an "all-inclusive" resort, the experience was quite frustrating due to confusing rules and restrictions. Certain drinks or items required extra charges or weren't available, which made the all-inclusive concept feel misleading. To make matters worse, every time we ordered food or drinks, we had to go through the tedious hassle of signing and closing a check at the end very inconvenient for a resort of this caliber. Expect much better service and transparency for what they charge. The overall service experience was disappoint
