Great stay overall. Our room wasn’t ready at check-in due to some logistics, but Dwight quickly stepped in to solve it and upgraded us, which we really appreciated. He was welcoming and helpful the whole time. Location was great, walkable to many of the downtown attractions.

The Rooftop bar had a small menu, but what was offered was great. Breakfast is not included in the stay, but they do offer drip coffee and tea in the Lobby as a part of the stay. I did not go to the Lobby Bar.

If you’re planning a stay in Atlanta, I highly recommend the Phoenix Hotel. The level of customer service was exceptional, truly above and beyond from start to finish. The property and rooms were immaculate, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The location is ideal, the ambiance is effortlessly stylish, and every detail from the temperature to the overall experience was thoughtfully curated. I’ll definitely be staying here again.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Property was clean and properly maintained.

Room service took over 2 hours to get delivered.

Construction work was going on while there and elevator was malfunctioning other than that it was pleasant stay, looking forward to staying there again

Airport shuttle was difficult to locate, was told it ran 24/7 but it did not. Clean room, comfy bed. Nice staff but not helpful when asking questions about surrounding area. Good location near the airport.
