At our time of stay March 2026, there is construction going on. It can be a beautiful property but a bit rundown. Close to restaurants, the room was nice.

Great place to go if you have family and or kids

The pictures we seen on our booking are not what the hotel really look like there is construction everywhere and it’s very difficult to get sleep with all the noise. Also the language. Barrier is very bad. They should have someone who can speak English. I can send pictures if you would like

My husband and I LOVED this property! The staff was very friendly, the Spa was the best we have been to, and the room and amenities were incredible!

I had a wonderful stay at Nap Patong Hotel. The hotel was very clean, serene, and comfortable. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always greeted us with warm smiles, which made the experience even more pleasant. The location is perfect—close to everything you might need, including shops, restaurants, and the beach. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Phuket, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay. 😊

The hotel is a little distance from Patong Beach (although the hotel provides a shuttle bus). The hotel does not have its own beach. The hotel is beside a highway, and there are only a few restaurants nearby. It sounds as if this is not the best holiday hotel choice,right? But you just need to check in.Then you will find that this is a surprisingly good hotel.Because the hotel is located on the hillside, the sea view is very spectacular. The staff are all friendly and always have a smile.With a person with limited mobility the front desk team Joe Sordy and LOH took extra care of us. And lovely Ms.Noodang at breakfast restaurant was so kind to us.She not only explained everything in detail. And make sure our table is clean and the cups are full.She also took the initiative to recommend us and sent us the special dessert of the day. Then let's talk about the breakfast.Hotels in Thailand have never short of a good breakfast.But the breakfast at Kalima is unbelievable.Whether it is the variety or the quality of food.For example you may find bubble breakfast in many hotels.But Kalima take it to an other level.You can even make your own highball here.Such a good breakfast plus a good view what else could you ask for a holiday?

Rooms were really nice the staff was very accommodating always offering to take you around, And everyone always greeted you with a smile. Property was always clean and professional maintained.

Overall it was a great experience. The staff was very friendly. For a boutique resort it was good. The shower could have been a little cleaner, as it was dirty entering our first day. Then shower door also didnt open all the way which was a little weird. I would still recommend staying at resort as those things could have just been one offs.

We thoroughly enjoyed Andaman. Close to airport, villas had access to buggies driving us around which was excellent for the elderly. At the same time, easy to walk around the resort, as well as nearby local places. Our 3 bedrooms villa and pool was clean, and well equipped. Buffet breakfast - very yummy. Unfortunately, on our third night there, the air conditioner broke down. They quickly tried to fix it for us, wasn't able to and provided us with fans. They were kind enough and upgraded us to a 4 bedroom villa for our last night. Staff were friendly and handled the situation well. Thank you. Highly recommend this resort, we will be back.
