I had an overall very enjoyable stay at this hotel. What really stood out was the staff – everyone puts in a lot of effort and is consistently friendly and welcoming. There were a few misunderstandings during check-in at the beginning, but the team did everything they could to make up for it, which I really appreciated. The food was also a big plus. The buffet offers a huge variety, and you can tell they make an effort to bring in a bit of variation every day. We stayed in a swim-up room, which was definitely a highlight. Having direct access to a small private pool right in front of the room was amazing. The beach is also great – perfect for swimming and even snorkeling. They really take care about the garden its absolutely beautiful! The only downside was the situation with the sunbeds. If you go to the beach around 11 a.m., it can be quite difficult to find a spot. Many guests reserve their sunbeds early in the morning, and overall there don’t seem to be enough loungers and umbrellas. That said, the price-performance ratio is absolutely fair. It’s not the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, but for what you pay and what you get, it’s definitely good value for money.

Got denied access to normal dinner food or the party in new years despite being told earlier it was included in the room rate by head of kitchen without paying $500. Later learnt that this was just not formal request from the hotel and only requested by head of kitchen. Total mess.

Do not book all inclusive at this resort! I booked all inclusive for 4 nights which should mean all inclusive. However drinks and snacks in your room are chargeable. If you want your ‘all inclusive’ drinks and snacks we had to walk 8 minutes up to the bar in reception or 5 minutes to a bar in the pool area, with a small baby in 100+ degree heat is extremely difficult. Had I known this beforehand I would have just booked breakfast and dinner and brought my own drinks and snacks into my room. I also asked for a just a bottle of water from a different bar area in the resort in the communal pool area and was told it is chargeable. Considering it is a high end resort and not all rooms have an iron was a joke. We got an iron after 2 days of asking for it and we’re asked if we are done with the iron after 1 hour. Visually the resort is beautiful a 10/10 but for the all inclusive rules and overall service and food options I would give it a 3/10
