Staff supposebly checked the suite before we have checked in. The safe box wasn't working and they had to put a second one and the fridge had water all overall the shelf. Also, the vallet people left the car interior light on causing the battery to die on us. Big hotel like that should inspect everything before guest checks in. Bad experience unfortunately this time

وكمان، كان في حاجة مرمية جوة التواليت. كان في بلاعة جوة التواليت، والشطافة مش شغالة.
أيوة، والشطافة ما كانتش شغالة.
التكيف كان بينقط، وشربوا ميتنا لما جم يساعدونخبطها .
