The staffs were very nice. The rooms were neat with beautiful views. But most of my shows were canceled. For example the Luau show was canceled, no extra activities were created indoor for other intertainments. No welcome activities for the new guests. After that everything was well.

We had a wonderful 4 days at turtle bay. We were able to see whales from our hotel balcony and really enjoyed the beach and pools.

Very conveniently located next to Waikiki. Room is very basic, like a college dorm. With that being said, you go to Hawaii to be outside and not hanging out in your room. It serves it's purpose, clean and comfortable, plus very affordable. Staff is super friendly and the coffee bar is simple and appreciated.

This is a special place, and I really enjoyed my stay here. The morning yoga classes on the floating dock were exceptional. Just be aware it is a 3-star resort, so don't expect the units to be in top condition. Cleanliness could be better (corners, top of the fridge), though overall acceptable (linens and towels were clean). Overall a very peaceful spot with amenities to offer and friendly staff. Oh, and the daily banana bread was delicious (and vegan, which was a pleasant surprise).

The ocean and many wonderful placea to eat were in quick walking distance. The room itself was beautiful. We had the mountain view and every morning the sunrise waa gorgeous. The entire staff waa wonderful. Lits of things to do just in the hotel. When we come back we will definitely be booking here ...
