The room was good and so the service. I booked two rooms. Unfortunately due to sudden demise of a family member at home country, I need only one room. I requested hotel reception regarding the refund but they refused.

‼️Please note this is 5 star hotel WITHOUT PARKING, IT COST 500 SAR= 133$ FOR PARKING. The room was clean but wasn’t ready upon arrival although I requested early check in, 3 days prior the arrival date, with no problem paying for it, and the duty Manager confirmed it. Upon arrival I had to wait over 8 hours to check in.
The Morning staff were amazing, and very helpful especially the team leader i think his name was Abdullah. And his colleague Abdulrhman.
Breakfast was below average, 🚫Not 5 stars at all.

This hotel is great for proximity to the Haram, Overall I would say its great with just one small drawback. The food stall in the building of the hotel cause a lot of food odors, all day you will smell food while staying here. The service and food was amazing
