Very professional and courteous staff. Rooms and hallways quiet which was nice. Got room here twice on a trip driving to and from our destination. Second time of staying here the room did not seem as clean, and again there were no towels at the pool which happened the first stay too, however, the staff brought them when asked. The breakfast had good variety and choices and staff very nice. Would stay here again.

I loved the location downtown - the ability walk to places and not have to deal with a car / parking and traffic was ideal for me after a long drive to get there. The staff was super helpful. The hotel is an older building but well maintained and the room was perfect for one traveler My only disappointment was that the art gallery in the building was temp closed for the day and it was my only day there. Next time 21C!

Excellent stay at this remodeled, non chain hotel, conveniently located and with free parking. Beds and lines are of a high quality, large room, wide selection of foods for breakfast (not included in the room price), very friendly personnel. Keep in mind that AC unit is rather loud. A writing desk in the room would be nice.
