Check in was carried out on a screen with a person (or AI) in the Philippines. We did not see human staff during our 2 night stay! I prefer a person to greet me when I arrive. A person that can answer questions about where to eat or what to see in the area. We did not have cold water in the bathroom sink and the water temperature of the shower was barely lukewarm. The room had a strange smell and a very noisy air conditioner. Of, course no staff in office to talk to. The breakfast was basic which was fine but the coffee machine dispensed coffee flavored water. Of course, no staff to help in the breakfast area. We have stayed here before and did not experience these problems.

Great location, clean large rooms, and easy check in. The television did not work and when we called the front desk in the evening only one person was available so could not assist. The breakfast was ample with powdered eggs and other processed items that I chose not to eat. I would stay there again and just avoid the breakfast.
