A very nice place with friendly and helpful staff. The road getting there is a little rough but manageable. We were there in the low season but the place was still upkept very nicely.

An unforgettable stay with an incredible sunset view. From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay was exceptional. Our room was extraordinary — beautifully designed, comfortable, and with a stunning view that made it feel truly special. Having our own private pool was an amazing touch and made the stay even more relaxing. The common pool area was another highlight, especially around sunset. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and watching the sun go down over the ocean from the hotel was one of the most memorable parts of our trip. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Every little detail seemed thoughtfully taken care of. Between the spectacular location, incredible views, beautiful room, private pool, and outstanding hospitality, this was easily one of the most memorable hotel stays we’ve had. Overall, the staff could use a customer service refresher; we felt that only one or two people were attentive. The room we were assigned has gone far too long without maintenance, furniture that has already reached the end of its useful life. The cleanliness was poor. The surrounding areas are poorly maintained; they need to take urgent action and close for major maintenance. The only thing that lives up to the price is the food (breakfast, lunch, and dinner); the drinks and cocktails are of very poor quality. We have stayed at various all-inclusive resorts in different countries around the world, but this was the first one that left us feeling disappointed.

We absolutely loved Condovac the property was beautiful with an excellent view. It was my husband & my honeymoon & they made it very special for us. Our view from our room was spectacular. We did come to this all-inclusive with low expectations due to some of the bad reviews, but it absolutely surpassed our expectations. Because the low price we spent extra money to eat dinners at other restaurants along the beach for dinner. But our breakfasts & lunches were wonderful at the Condovac. The whole resort was almost empty & we basically had the pools all to ourselves!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The resort was well maintained and had its of variety. A great resort for your first time in Costa Rica. The food could have been better but it met expectations. I would stay again.
