Beautiful place. Wonderful staff. Great customer service and very clean. Aaron and Kevin are our favorite beach bartenders. Awesome drinks and service. All the staff are amazing. Can’t wait to go back.

Overall, the staff could use a customer service refresher; we felt that only one or two people were attentive. The room we were assigned has gone far too long without maintenance, furniture that has already reached the end of its useful life. The cleanliness was poor. The surrounding areas are poorly maintained; they need to take urgent action and close for major maintenance. The only thing that lives up to the price is the food (breakfast, lunch, and dinner); the drinks and cocktails are of very poor quality. We have stayed at various all-inclusive resorts in different countries around the world, but this was the first one that left us feeling disappointed.
