The experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell, almost as though an animal had died somewhere in the building. The hotel itself felt damp, moldy, unclean, and generally poorly maintained. The staff was largely unhelpful, and there was no concierge or adequate assistance with luggage. There was also very little guidance or information about how the hotel operates, which made the overall experience unnecessarily difficult. We chose not to have breakfast because, given the general condition and cleanliness of the building, we did not feel comfortable eating there. There were also basic maintenance and security concerns. The lock on Room 311 did not fully secure the door, which was particularly concerning. Overall, the hotel felt noisy, unkempt, and poorly managed. Unfortunately, it was a very poor experience, and I would not recommend staying here.
