Middlesex County Luxury Vacations

The food was far better compared to last year's visit, although I had a bad experience with the curried goat and oxtail at the Jamaican restaurant. They were undercooked and unchewable. The food truck was better on the first visit. The room was in a better condition last year. The shower door seemed as it was going to fall off and the smell of sewage came up through the shower drain. The room had a musty stale smell when first entered. Honestly, the stay was pretty boring as there was limited options to entertain yourself or be entertained. And finally, the front desk was asked about a late checkout and they stated they had multiple arrivals. I thought that was strange for an ordinary Monday and after speaking to a few staff members from other departments, they advised me that the front desk agent was lying. Definitely crossing this one off the list for another visit.

Only thing was the shower not having a door everything else was aaaaaammmmmaaaazzzzziiingggggg. We even took a trip to hedonism staff help us get down there and back….the most up most respect we ever received

The stay was good however the parking is very inconvenient. The parking is across the road and was very far from our room. Not ideal for locals especially when it rains

The only concern I had was failure to follow the allergy list for meals.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Ocean Coral Spring, which offers a great mix of fun and entertainment for the whole family. The property is clean, modern, and keeps you busy throughout your trip. The Highlights: The activities here are family-oriented and excellent. The lazy river, water park, games room and bowling alley kept everyone completely entertained. There are many restaurants to try, and we especially enjoyed the Italian and Route 66 options, as well as the fantastic poolside jerk chicken. Areas for Improvement: The beach area is notably small and rocky, making water shoes a necessity. Additionally, while the main buffet has lots of great food to choose from, it gets very crowded and packed during peak hours. Customer Service: For the most part, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and courteous. However, it did feel like one or two employees could use a bit of additional customer service training to be more welcoming. They seemed to just be having a bad day, which slightly impacted the experience, but the rest of the team was great. Final Verdict: A fun, activity-packed choice for a family vacation, as long as you plan ahead for the rocky beach and stay patient with the busy buffet times.

All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good people, fantastic accommodations. Recommended...
