This hotel is darling and very nicely located for dining and shopping options. Get a room with a river view! Staff were very friendly, and check-in went smoothly. The room wasn't huge, but comfortable and very clean. The bathroom was also a fine size and clean. It is outfitted with Ritual's products, but missing both conditioner and body lotion. The carpeting in the hallway could do with replacing - stained anything doesn't lend to a place feeling clean and well kept. We had lunch in the hotel restaurant and enjoyed that a lot. Everything was tasty. There is parking directly under the hotel that is a bit spendy but very convenient. Other parking options were shared with us, which was very kind. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

This hotel is really superb. I have always previously stayed at the MC in San Sebastián; my friend suggested I try this one, and it was fantastic in every respect. We have already booked another stay.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena y el lobby es bonito, pero sinceramente ahí terminan los puntos positivos. Para tratarse de un hotel reconocido, de cuatro estrellas y con el precio que tiene, la calidad deja muchísimo que desear. La habitación es extremadamente pequeña, prácticamente una caja, y el baño es todavía peor. Todo es diminuto: la ducha, el lavamanos y el espacio para moverse. Soy una persona pequeña y aun así, al bañarme, era muy fácil golpear accidentalmente la llave con el codo y cambiar la temperatura del agua de repente. Además, el sistema de agua caliente funciona fatal: aunque lo pongas en tibio, pasa de frío a demasiado caliente constantemente. Pero lo peor, sin duda, es el supuesto aire acondicionado. Apenas permite bajarlo hasta 19 °C y, aun así, prácticamente no enfría. Sinceramente, ni siquiera debería llamarse aire acondicionado. Pasamos un calor horrible en la habitación y ni siquiera tienen ventiladores como alternativa. En el lobby ocurre lo mismo: puedes sentarte a tomar algo en el bar y terminar sudando del calor. También nos pareció increíble que, cuando salíamos dejando el aire encendido, después de que limpiaban la habitación encontrábamos la tarjeta retirada y el aire apagado. Da la impresión de que el personal tiene instrucciones muy claras de apagarlo para ahorrar energía, incluso cuando el huésped está intentando mantener la habitación fresca. Such a beautiful icon in San Sebastián. The hotel was fabulous from inside to outside with amazing and very attentive staff. The rooms were absolutely grand and very spacious. The front desk was very prompt and helpful during our stay. Will definitely stay here again and again.
