Ibiza Town Luxury Vacations

I would not recommend this hotel. During our stay, two friends briefly accompanied us to our room for less than five minutes. We were unaware of the hotel’s visitor policy because it had not been clearly communicated to us beforehand. Instead of calmly explaining the policy, a security employee repeatedly knocked loudly, raised his voice, and opened our room door without receiving permission while my friend was getting dressed. Although we explained that she needed a moment, the interaction continued in an aggressive and intimidating manner. We felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. We reported the incident to management, hoping they would acknowledge our concerns and handle the situation professionally. Unfortunately, the written responses we received felt dismissive and focused mainly on defending the employee rather than addressing how the situation had been handled. Because we no longer felt comfortable at the property, we checked out early and moved to another hotel. We understand that hotels have rules and are entitled to enforce them. However, policies should be clearly communicated, and guests should always be treated respectfully. Staff should never open an occupied room without permission except in a genuine emergency. This experience caused us significant distress and did not meet the level of service or professionalism we expected from a four-star hotel.

The breakfast at this hotel does stand out and the location is also excellent. That said, I don’t believe the rooms are comparative to a 4 star hotel. Also, the air conditioning was not as you want it to be in 30 degree days - def something they should improve on. Otherwise, great stay

Excellent stay at NH Collection Ibiza I had a wonderful stay at the NH Collection in Ibiza — the hospitality here was truly amazing from start to finish. Bianca at the front desk was extremely helpful and made check-in (and every interaction after) genuinely pleasant, the kind of service that sets a hotel apart. Breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of fresh options that made starting the day easy. The pool was a real highlight too — a great spot to relax between exploring the island. The room itself was very comfortable and nicely appointed, making for a relaxing stay overall. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for great service, good food, and a comfortable place to stay in Ibiza.
