Deje mi reloj olvidado y al llamar al hotel lo tenían guardado. La honradez de las señoras de housekeeping y todo el personal me lleno de completa confianza. Volvería a quedarme en este hotel , el personal muy amable , la señora del spa super profesional y agradable . Tienen un rooftop con buena música y ricos cocktails.

We were given a family room on floor 5 which was not what we booked. The air conditioning was dreadful even though we left it on all day & night. The WiFi did not work at all in the room only outside. The balcony was supposed to have a sea view but it did not unless you stood up and looked to the side as it was on the roof of the building which had the dining room in it so had all the chimneys in front of it. The power went early in the morning so we had no lights air con and some sockets didn’t work.

Avoid this hotel. If you're looking for a good night's sleep, stay somewhere else. Noise from drunken revelers continued late into the night, motorcycles roared past compelet midnight, and traffic started again early in the morning. Even with earplugs, I barely slept and suffered severe sleep deprivation. For a hotel facing a busy road, the lack of basic soundproofing is unacceptable. A hotel's most fundamental purpose is to provide a PLACE TO REST, and in my experience, this property failed to do that. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was easily one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to anyone.
