Playa de Palma Kid friendly Vacations

Friendly staff with good amenities. Half board was a good option with good food variety and music at dinner time. Room was a good size with mini kitchen was pleasant surprise and good size balcony. Different pool sizes to accommodate the different ages. Beach only a few minutes walk, with local shops and nearby grocery stores if needed

Ok breakfast not the best

The AC was not working properly in the room and overall building. You have to leave the room key inserted, in order for it to be turned on, and it takes about an hour just to feel a slight difference. Throughout the whole night the room felt extremely hot and humid. It was very uncomfortable. I would never stay here again.

Lovely staff sorry couldn’t remember exactly their names both Tensy/tansy? And latoya I think her name was.. they were really professional, friendly and accommodating. Everyone was from reception, housekeeping, pool and bar areas. Could not fault anyone, excellent service. As per the room.. The double bed was not the most comfortable as it kept moving apart with just the slightest movements, the toilet smelled like sewage and you could hear everything as the walls or doors were not soundproof. That’s just the room.. But the breakfast and amenities were amazing! They also had few bits of breakfast for those like us who had to leave at 5am. Would recommend the hotel and staff.
