Norfolk - Virginia Beach Kid friendly Vacations

For the price of the hotel, we were expecting much more. The soap dispensers in the shower were out of stock and the shower in general had minimum water pressure. We ordered room service and it was lost, we never got a text saying it was coming. The staff did offer to remake it and brought it right to our room another 45 mins later.

Adriane was friendly and helpful when we just arrived. She made us feel welcome. I honestly felt welcome by all the staff. They guide us and answered questions that we had in a friendly manner. Thank you all for being part of our unforgettable vaccation.

We paid extra for a oceanfront balcony and we could not sit out there because of someone always smoking weed and the smell was horrible.

We loved our two-week stay at The Atrium Resort in Virginia Beach! The staff was extremely polite and resolved all of our requests quickly. A special thank you to Roxanna—her warm smile made us feel welcome every single day.

To start the air conditioner wasn't working in the hallways.Outside your rooms. We were there for 5 days, and the cleaning service only came in.And changed our garbage bags.There was no towels in our room.When we got there so we had to go downstairs to get towels because they weren't answering the phone from the room. The garbage cans are overflowing by the pool.The service at the restaurant was semi.O k , we felt like the people that were working there have never waitress before. We asked the front test for extra blankets and pillows.Because there was pillows missing from our bed , took them two days to get it to us.
