(362 reviews) Best hospitality of any hotel I've ever stayed. Spacious, clean, quiet rooms with luxurious linens and incredibly comfortable beds and pillows.The bathroom was also tops with thick soft towels and the best smelling lotion and wash/soap but most importantly, the water pressure was amazing! Turndown service each night, with bottled water and fresh chocolate chip cookies, so yummy. The breakfast was very good with a nice selection. If I am being picky, only 2 things I would change: 1\. a very small closet (fine for 3 days) and a very high bar - I could not reach it but I used the robe hooks to hang my things. 2\. the lighting in the bathroom by the mirror should be stronger. Both things are not that important to me so I still give this hotel a perfect score of 5 stars! I highly recommend it and would stay there again if traveling to Charleston. Luisa is the best!
