Swiss Midlands Kid friendly Vacations

This is just an amazing hotel in the perfect location--right at the entrance to the old city and directly adjacent to the train station. Our room was clean and well appointed, and I can't say enough about the staff, especially the desk clerk who helped us figure out the Aare swimming logistics, She even provided us with a hotel branded dry bag for floating down the river. My only comment is that the AC was not that strong, but the staff did provide us with a supplemental AC unit which cooled the room down considerably. HIGHLY recommend !

Hotel was lovely, great location, nicely decorated, helpful staff, delicious breakfast, very nice shampoo/soap (Rituals). The only thing to improve is having a sink in the bathroom and adjustable temperature in the room. We put the temperature on the lowest setting (20C) and we found it incredibly warm and would cutoff in the middle of the night making it even warmer. We were visiting Bern for a few days so it was manageable.
