First time here and not knowing what to expect, I was pleasantly surprised on all counts. Boutique hotel feel with individually decorated rooms. Very cute. “Everyone is a student” is their motto. Stay here, you’ll like it (except the $44 parking valet fee).

My stay at 1 Hotel was exceptional. I was in Seattle for a work conference and it was such a treat to have a place to go each evening that was so calming and rejuvenating. This was a wonderful place to stay and I will absolutely return.

Great location and the staff is very friendly and helpful and arranged transportation to and from the airport for us, which is cheaper than an uber
