The Treadwell Inn was lovely and highly recommend. We stayed in room 5, which is beautiful. The facility is clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, and great location. We would stay here again. The start were all so friendly and helpful.

A good hotel. The included breakfast is reasonable and the free parking is a perk. A thing to be aware of is that to walk into the city you have to cross over a busy road where one section has no pedestrian crossing.

When we walked into our room the first thing that came out of my mouth was “hmmm this floor definitely looks like it wasn’t even vaccumed.” So I thought it’s whatever I’m not gonna bother to complain. A few hours pass and I need to use the washroom. The Toilet would not flush. Called down to maintenance and the guy came up and had a look at it. He said he would be back a few mins because he had to grab a “snake”. Comes back and can’t do anything because he isn’t even equipped with the proper equipment to do his job. How do you expect things to get fixed if you don’t have the materials needed for your workers to do their job? So all night was a nightmare with the Toleit. No one could take a pee or a poo without it almost over flowing. When I told the staff at front desk how it made me not happy because I basically had to hold in my poop a whole night because you didn’t provide a working Toleit or even your worker with the proper equipment to fix things the girl just laughed like it was a joke. Not impressed with how the situation was addressed. I would of thought the plumber would of been able to do something but guess not because he was not even provided the right tools for his job. Not happy and will not stay there again

It's a very well maintained inn / abnb, we just needed a good night's sleep and Europa Inn gave us more than that. We didn't know the front desk closes at 6pm when we arrived at 8pm,but the staff came to open the door when we called. Also staff was very helpful, we needed some cutlery and he was able to help us find it. Room was very, very clean. It was a bit small and quite dated but it didn't bother us for a good night sleep. Thanks!

Can’t recommend Windsor House enough! From the beautiful clean rooms , the perfect balcony , the friendly staff , and the most delicious meals - we even ate dinner there twice ! Perfectly located in the heart of town . We love Windsor House
