Staff from store , restaurant and front desk not very friendly and helpful. Booked for three days had to look for housekeeping to come restocked clean towels and clean my room . Housekeeping staff very friendly however short staff. Shuttle bus was nice the younger guy was also not friendly as well. Wouldn’t come back to this hotel …

The slopes are easily accessible, the doors of the hotel lead right into the town. The staff was lovely, the concierge went above and beyond to make sure our stay was nothing but perfect. I am glad we chose the Sebastian for our trip!

Even tho it started off not so good cause of another guess being rude and disrespectful and threatening to call the police on me because he felt like he was better than us. The staff try they best to accommodate us for the situation. Even tho i felt that they could of did a little better cause i felt like if it was me [person of color] would have forsure got kicked out and had me in the back of the police car. I had to take what ever they gave me. They didn't even have no out come on how they delt with this rude guess. I left there with a sour taste in my mouth. But hey it is what it is.

THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN, THE BATHROOM TOO. FREE BREAKFAST IN THE MORNING FROM 7AM TO 10AM. GREAT LOCATION IN VAIL VILLAGE, WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF BARS,CAFES, RESTAURANTS, AND SHOPPING. LOTS OF SKI RENTAL PLACES, AND WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF SKI LIFT. ALSO HAS A BUS THAT GOES TO LIONSHEAD VILLAGE FOR FREE.
