The only problème i asked for a smal gesture but nothing happened, i was celebrating my 1 year anniversary with my girlfriend i didnt see anything in the room line the hotel promise me to do

We recently booked a two-night stay through Expedia for a birthday weekend getaway, paying nearly $1,000 expecting a relaxing and full experience. Instead, the trip was nothing short of frustrating and stressful. Throughout our stay, we were heavily restricted from using the very amenities that attracted us to this hotel in the first place: •Inaccessible Amenities:The lawn area was completely closed off, and the on-site winery—a major selling point—was unavailable for tastings during regular business hours. To make matters worse, accessing the on-site market required waiting for a security escort. None of these major operational limitations or restrictions were disclosed anywhere prior to booking. Finding out after arrival that we could not enjoy the property as advertised completely ruined our plans, especially since we came to celebrate a special birthday. •Check-In Delays:Upon arrival, we had to wait 25 minutes in a long, slow-moving line just to get our room keys. Parking and Luggage Issues: The parking lot was entirely full, forcing us to park a significant distance away. With no luggage carts available and traveling with small children, we were forced to make multiple difficult trips back and forth to the car just to unload our things. For a $1,000 stay, this level of service and lack of transparency is completely unacceptable. We paid for a full resort experience and received an obstructed, heavily restricted visit.
