Not returning, After reading the reviews, our girls group of 10 decided this would be a great resort to celebrate birthdays. Starting off on day one, the check in process took two hours. 2 of our 5 rooms were given access to The Reserve ammenities - due to being Expedia VIP's The same 2 rooms and 1 more had booked ocean views. When we finally were able to see our rooms, they were facing the Hilton's rooms and a dirt "canyon" looked like a construction zone. The only way we were able to get a "glimpse" of the sea was to step onto balcony and lean over. UNACCEPTABLE! Things only got worse
