Must say the Borgata was definitely good. I had a great time. If you really don’t want to leave the property you don’t have to, everything you need is there. I enjoyed the outdoor pool and also the indoor pool.However I do wish it was more of a nightlife other than just the casino and one bar. They really should pull up the carpet and put down hard floors to make the room more modern. It’s definitely more sanitary. My overall stay was wonderful.

Clean & well kept property, very friendly staff, housekeeping went above & beyond. Only issue was at check in when 1 of our 2 rooms wasn't ready & they didn't have the floor we pre-reserved available. But they made it up in other ways.

The check in process took a while. There was a line of people and only 1 person checking people in. a very nice gentlemen that was vry friendly. While a woman stood next to the check in clerk doing something on the computer and never raised her head to help a customer in the 20 minutes I stood in line and there was 1 person ahead of me and at least 6 people behind me waiting in line. Then we went to the restaurant/bar area for some quick bites. it was 4:00pm and our wedding reception was at 6:00. We sat and waited for at least 20 minutes until I finally asked the hostess if someone could help us again and she said there was only 1 server/bartender and it would take some time. After that ,a very nice gentlemen who was not a server came over to help us and took our order. I assume he was a manager of some sort. I did not understand why on a Friday afternoon when everyone is checking in for the weekends . Weddings all over, why was there no help? It seemed more like a scheduling problem than a staffing issue. The valet , bell hop were all outstanding and accommodating. The room was ok felt a little tired but was clean. The rugs in the restaurant area looked soiled or maybe it was a shadowing in the rug I really could not tell so I did not think that was a good thing. We had breakfast in the morning and had an outstanding server , her name was Quinn. So nice and a wonderful warm welcoming smile and demeanor.

Amazing view of Central Park. Best location, next to Columbus Circle. Absolutely will rebook.
