Nice facility located in walkable neighborhood.
No amenities, but it is a boutique facility afterall.
Have stayed once before and will use again.
I think that it's best features are room size and shower.
I rate them a solid five stars on those features.

Clean room. Convenient distance to Barclays Center. No frills hotel with comfy beds. Free parking (though limited) was nice. Only issue was air conditioning. Fan worked well overnight, but in the morning sun the room was absolutely baking. No AC controls, just fan and heat.
