Hill Country Honeymoon Vacations

Great property. Conveniently located to restaurants and UT campus.

Great and fantastic place

I booked room strictly for jetted tub. Upon arrival I was told all 5 rooms with jetted tubs did not work. When I booked no where was it stated jetted tubs did not work. I chose to take my business elsewhere, the hotel staff refused to refund my money as well as marked me down as a no-show despite me going there and talking with hotel staff about the issue. I have since had to dispute transaction with ny bank. Very unprofessional and will not ever be booking at a Wyndham hotel again as Hilton has way better luxury, staff and comfort for us with no problems and are willing to work with customers!

The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and pleasant. However, the hotel itself is in need of some cosmetic repairs and general refurbishment. Surprisingly, the restaurant was closed to regular hotel guests during breakfast because it was reserved for delegates attending a conference. As a result, other guests were unable to enjoy a proper breakfast. Breakfast also starts at 8 a.m. on weekends, which is rather inconvenient. Apart from these issues, it is a good hotel overall.
