Parking- not secured ( no covered or no underground parking). Entrance area not clean and not inviting No coffee maker in the room; not a good start upon waking up.

Beautiful place to stay, but very hot without air conditioning

Josee is a wonderful host. She made us feel very welcome and comfortable. She also provided us with great information about wineries to visit and good restaurants. We spent time relaxing in the sunshine poolside with a drink after our long hikes. It was everything we needed….and more! Would highly recommend.

My stay was short but enjoyable. Very clean and well organized and designed. The nigh staff were were amazing and very polite and very hospitable unlike the polar opposite of the day staff who I found to be unkind, rude , and judgmental. Not just one of them but , the front desk clerk, and her assistant , and joining in on the rudeness and lack of kindness was the manager.. They should all work on they're approach and not judging a book by its cover because if I had a business lead or opportunity to offer to someone it would be none of the day staff that I encountered.
