Upon exiting 7th floor elevators, there were dirty plates stacked up in the hall floor against the wall. Today, upon checkout at 7:00am, there were still there. Who would do that and why didn’t staff do a cleanliness walk-through every couple of hours?
My boyfriend lost the bet that it wouldn’t be clean by checkout.

refrigerator was broke the whole time crack in bathroom roof.. we stay in room # 516. service was good lobby was clean room were clean carpet was dated.

Definelty does not meet criteria as a 5 star hotel. Far from everything, fees listed in a tacky way in the room about taking things, poor options for eating on site, no slippers. The feel overall was that of a 3 or 4 star at the most.

Convenient location - having tried both Midtown and Downtown, this might be the better option, particularly for food and nightlife.

The hotel is undergoing renovations now, but this is my go to place when I want reliable and friendly staff. On the weekend the noise from Peachtree street is a little annoying. The billing between what I reserved and what I was charged can be difficult to work out but other than that it’s an above average accommodation for Midtown Atlanta.
