Location great! Beach terrific and easy access. Cleanliness daily was good. Condition of walls, doors and lobby…looking worn. Staff nice enough.

The property is so beautiful, the staff was phenomenal. This was my first time in Hilton Head, but definitely not my last at the Sonesta!!!

Hotel was nice beds very comfortable and staff nice . Only negative was no luggage carts available and parking spaces limited. Also be aware they charge a $35 daily resort fee on top of nightly rate

Live music was amazing. Staff at the restaurant and bar were lovely. Beautiful hotel and views at an amazing location.

Montage Palmetto Bluff delivers a rare kind of quiet luxury, where everything feels intentional yet completely unforced. The River View Cottage stands out in particular—peaceful, private, and surrounded by a natural beauty that immediately slows your pace. Mornings on the porch overlooking the water are especially memorable, with a stillness that’s hard to replicate anywhere else. What truly elevates the experience is the service. The staff strikes that perfect balance of attentiveness without intrusion, anticipating needs before you even realize them. Every interaction feels genuine, not rehearsed, which adds to the overall sense of ease and comfort.

The Hotel is in a great location. There is an old Irish bar across the street, walkable everywhere. The staff is incredible. When we pulled up, we were met by Julian (valet), he was so welcoming and worked hard. He went out of his way to run to our car to get items, he filled our cooler with ice, and was nothing but kind. They accidentally double charged us (super inconvenient) but Sy Morgan their manager tried his hardest to accommodate us. Personally they should have comped us a night or gave us rewards for future stays, but they did buy our dinner and drinks. Sy was honestly the reason I didn’t lose it (almost cried as it was ~$2000). Matthew a waiter in the restaurant Emporium was outstanding. He made us feel so welcomed. Then there was Tyler at the rooftop bar, worked nonstop and was super accommodating and polite. Our only other quirk (besides $$) was the pool area. There were people in need of places to sit and they have these cabanas that you can rent not being used. They were either empty or the staff was kicking people out of them. People already pay good money to stay, cabanas should just be open. Oh and our room was outstanding, so comfortable!!

We loved the quick access to the river front, it was beyond easy to get to and from the walk way. The inn had historic charm which made for a unique stay.

We had a lovely and relaxing time during our stay in Savannah. Staff were great and helpful with information and guidance of places to see and eat during our stay.

Breakfast was good. Staff was fantastic and accommodating. The pool was relaxing.

Excellent and spacious condo for a great price in a quiet end of the island. We loved our stay with our 3 young kids.
