Breakfast is abundant-- for the price so worth it. Hotel staff friendly, welcoming. Rooms are pleasant, need updating though. Distance to Universal is wonderful, its same side too of the entrance -- no need to cross street. Also very short walk from the train station - 7 mins? Glad we stayed here but likely will check out other hotels next time if we come to USJ again. Its a great choice though especially for families

We love this place. Our second stay with our now 4 year old. Every floor is a new adventure. And we love the nighttime buffet.
We stayed both times in the largest family room and our daughter is obsessed with the bunk beds. Talks about them more often than our three days at Disney.
Great location. Close to the train and shopping complex. Convenience store nearby.
The staff were super helpful and we had a fun time celebrating the hotel's anniversary with special activities!
We're hoping we can stay again soon.

This was my 3rd timing staying at this hotel. The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel is always very clean. The location is amazing and is a short walk from public transportation (buses and subway). Very convenient!!

The hotel offers all night onsen bath, as well as complimentary ice popsicles and mini ice cream treats for you to enjoy after taking a bath (or not). Also provides complimentary soba noodles at 9:30 pm (last for maybe two hours) on 1/F. Excellent service overall and definitely will stay here again in the future.
