Clean rooms and attentive staff. Great location to walk to city, fish markets, ferries etc. And very reasonable rates.

The location to the airport is excellent but the reception staff were unwelcoming, unfriendly and didn't even smile! Plus I'd booked a "Double Queen sized room - Superior" and the window looked out at a carpark and more rooms only! A miserable outlook, making me thankful that I was only staying over night to catch my next flight. The room was actually hot when I arrived, so I needed to turn the aircon on freezing/high - the room did cool fairly fast but surely they should have had this cooled before my arrival at 9pm at night! The condition of the room/amenities/cleanliness/other facilities, and particularly location to airport was great.

Excellent hotel in every respect. My wife, 8 year old son and I all loved it there. The staff were superb, the breakfast delicious, the room clean with a nice balcony, what more can I say!

It’s a fine place for a few nights a little run down and the room we were in was small perfect for us as we just used it to sleep in. However if you are going to spend time in the room get a bigger room. Place def could use a refresh, just felt a little tired. location was good we were able to walk everywhere we needed or wanted to go
