Bermuda Honeymoon Vacations

The toilet was broken and the shower was hard to turn on and off. Other than that is was great

The hotel was very dirty. The room was a nice size room, but the floors hadn’t been swept or vacuumed. They also were very very dirty. I spilled some water on the floor and wiped it up with a towel and the towel was black. The shower leaked and made noice on the drain all night. The air conditioner fan was scraping on something making a lot of noise when it would turn on and off. We went to the restaurant for breakfast our first morning. It had been open for a while, but we stood out there for about 10 minutes before someone came out from the kitchen. We had scoped out several tables but every table was filthy from the night before. The floors had food all over them. It had not been cleaned. We just got up and left and went to Starbucks. I worked out in the fitness room two mornings. The treadmills were covered in sweat and had not been cleaned. They were filthy too. The second morning we were there, when I went to the fitness room, the lobby was filled with marijuana smoke, it was even in the elevators. Now I know why there is such a strong air freshener/cleaner smell in the lobby. It’s to try and cover up the marijuana. I would never stay here again. Seems like there is no management for the cleaning crew, the restaurant or the front desk and valet staff.

The location downtown was great. The room was comfortable, personalized, but not too busy or crowded. Really enjoyed the staff & views. I will be back!

I wish the terrace was more private. Each room on my side shared the same terrace. I also wish my room was alot bigger due to what we paid for the room.
