Bermuda Honeymoon Vacations

The resort itself is very pretty with a ton of amenities. We stayed in “the townes” which was an upstairs condo - 2 bedrooms with an additional living that has a pull out sofa and is able to be closed off as a third bedroom (with office type door visible to main living are). The mattresses were BRICKS. I would have to say I thought the floor might have been more comfortable to sleep on. I was not able to get a good nights sleep on either of the 2 nights we stayed. The water pressure is very low and the shower felt more like a sprinkle. While the resort might be lovely, I would not stay here again unless they change their mattresses and fix their water pressures.

We loved our large suite, the view of the park and how comfortable the bed was at night. The food at Rueger’s was delicious and priced well for such generous portions. The staff was amazing and so friendly.

Great location and new rooms, highly recommended

Room was clean and fine, the rest of the hotel not so much. The lobby was being redone, and only 1 of the 2 elevators worked, and that one felt and sounded as though it could go out at any time. Many of the ice machines were also broken, so people meandered around with their buckets searching for ones that worked. Breakfast was nothing special. Scrambled eggs, waffles you can make yourself and put some syrup on, cereal, the tiniest yogurt I’ve ever seen, bread, bagels with no cream cheese, juice, coffee, and greasy sausages. The maid came to the door before 9 on Sunday morning, luckily we had the lock on so she couldn’t come in and wake my grandson. I feel we could have saved money and gone to a cheaper hotel for the same quality, so we were disappointed. The ads make it look wonderful, but it’s not all that. When the maid did come to the room we were told she only had 1 rag and 1 roll of tp and couldn’t get more because it was time for her to leave. Front desk staff were usually in a chair at the back texting, so we had to wait for them to finish their conversation. Won’t stay here again.
