Plenty of dining options within walking distance and very convenient to the train and other transport. I did not use the spa facilities so I cannot comment on them.

Drake at the front desk was great! Made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. He was kind and welcoming. We needed a humidifier which he accommodated very quickly. Very clean place and great restaurant!

The Ritz Denver is underwhelming. Lackluster lobby, tired furnishings. The room was fine but every piece of furniture showed obvious wear and tear. There was nothing about this stay that was worth the $600+ price tag. Very disappointing. In a downtown filled with hotel choices, save your money and book elsewhere.
Plus side - Michelle is a gem. Champagne offered at check in.
