This place was excellent. Location was good and the shuttle service to and from the mountain were excellent. Unfortunately the hot water system broke during our stay, the hotel worked to repair it quickly, but the system was unable to provide a hot shower for two evenings in a row. (by morning the hot water recovered enough to take a shower.) The view was great. The skiing and snowboarding was excellent

The bed was incredibly comfortable. The room was spacious. Everything was very clean. Housekeeping was attentive. Check in staff were professional and accommodating. Only observation requiring review is that we ate at the Victor steakhouse and the food was below expectation. However the hotel was great as was the D6 lounge with DJ and dancing.

We always stay here when we go to Vancouver.
The rooms are a bit outdated but I really appreciate the security and the locked doors at all times.
The staff are super friendly and caring and always treat us so good. We will be back in the summer.
