An incredible value. An amazing retreat into the jungle after a day of exploring. See monkeys in the morning, have a relaxing massage on the rooftop while an iguana keeps you company. The staff is there for whatever you may need. Pool is cold and refreshing. The rooms are so clean and nice! Great great value for the very reasonable price. Will be recommending to friends!

We had a lovely visit! The staff were all extremely warm and friendly - we felt so well taken care of. The small touches were so welcome, and the relaxed nature of everyone there made our stay so relaxing. They gave us great recommendations for dining and local activities. We will return for sure!

Excellent beaches, only one small pool, food was what you would expect at an all inclusive. Restaurants required reservations. Employee JC went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Rented golf cart for $85na day and saw some great things on the island and a lot of beach hopping Just wished Starbucks in the lobby had actually drinks to make, they were out of all supplies and could only do hot or iced coffee

I had the mar suite it was nice, shower was cold only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 3. Staff were very accommodating no complaints at all with the staff. Bar could have been a little better my drink was almost I drinkable, but I got a refund no issue. Overall if you want a stay that’s right off the beach and you’re not worried about all the small details this is a perfect place

Lovely holiday spent at the hotel! It blends into the scenery perfectly. The food is delicious and the staff are so helpful and charming. The only issue (that effects the area) is mass tidal seaweed which slightly ruins the aesthetics and the water between about April - July - worsened, no doubt because rising ocean temperatures

Quiet, relaxing, clean. Getting a little dated, but still a beautiful boutique resort. Staff at Siwa were kind and friendly. Onsite restaurant was the best I’ve ever had at a stay in Mexico - very much an amazing culinary experience for my husband and I!

The Good:The resort and rooms are absolutely stunning with a true 5-star aesthetic. The property is visually beautiful and well-maintained. The Not-So-Good: Kid-Friendliness: A huge miss for parents. Pool service (food/drinks) doesn’t start until 11:00 AM. We were there by 9:00 AM, and by the time food arrived, the kids were hangry. Even towels and water are DIY until 11:00 AM. Dining: Food quality was "meh" at best. On the all-inclusive plan, drinks were watered down, though tipping generously helped. Arrival Logistics: Check-in was slow and frustrating; staff seemed indifferent to restless kids after a long flight. Transfers: The paid "private" airport transfer was disappointing. It functioned like a shuttle rather than an assigned driver, leading to more unnecessary waiting. Verdict: Beautiful resort, but the service logistics and rigid hours made it difficult for families with young children

Truly the best resort I’ve ever been to. Ever detail was perfection. The food was next level, and so was the staff. I found my place at house of Aia ❤️🏝️

Great boutique hotel on the south end of the island with beautiful sunsets. The beach was lovely and had no sargassum. Can't say enough about the attentive staff that were always available if you had a question. Breakfast was included in our stay and was always cooked to order. Lunch and dinner service was also available, as well as a full bar, and could be charged to your room. The hotel is about a 30 minute walk to town. The island is very safe and we walked after dark from town back to the hotel on several occasions. This was our third and favorite trip to Holbox. Already planning another stay at Delek in the near future.
