This was a lovely hotel in Old Town Hanoi with a lot of character and style. We enjoyed the breakfast and the helpful and gracious staff. I’m giving the hotel four stars because we asked for a twin room and got a queen bed.

I stay at this hotel every time I am in Hanoi!!!! I like everything about this hotel - Everything, but it is the Staff that makes this hotel so wonderful!!!! Location, Clean, Delicious Breakfast and the Staff - from getting out of the taxi on arrival to getting in the taxi on departure - they do everything they can to make you feel welcome and comfortable!!!! Many have become my friends!!!!!!!

We had such an amazing stay here and cannot recommend this hotel enough. From start to finish, everything was exceptional. The property was incredibly clean, not just in the rooms but throughout the entire hotel. You could tell they take real pride in maintaining the space. The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. Anytime we had a question or needed assistance, they responded quickly and with a great attitude. They made us feel taken care of the entire time. The location was also perfect. It made getting around so easy and convenient, with everything we needed close by. It truly added to the overall experience. On our last morning, we weren’t able to book a Grab to the airport and started to get a little stressed. The staff immediately stepped in and arranged transportation for us without any hassle. They handled everything smoothly and reassured us so we didn’t have to worry at all. That level of care really meant a lot. Clean, attentive, perfectly located, and supported by an incredible team. They are the best, and we would absolutely stay here again.
