Like the breakfast & staff. But had to switch room due to malfunctioning a/c. Otherwise, it was good.

I had a wonderful stay at The Legend of Hanoi in Vietnam. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location that made it easy to explore the city. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. They made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The room was well-kept, relaxing, and a perfect place to rest after busy days in Hanoi. I truly appreciated the hospitality and warm service throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi and would happily stay here again.

Amazing staff, Thomas the manager helped us with excursions and sensible advice, Rose and reception staff also excellent. Helped locate and retrieve my lost luggage from airline with reassuring simplicity. Hotel immaculate. Great place highly recommend.

Staff were amazing. The breakfast was delicious, with so many choices. Massage was amazing. If you are a light sleeper ask for one of the back rooms. We had to move as the noise from the clubs over the road made it hard to sleep. You cannot hear anything in the back rooms. Everything else was perfect.

The breakfast area is not big but has a wide variety of options including made to order eggs and pho. The hotel staff are super attentive, friendly and helpful. Room size is not big but bed is comfy. Overall highly recommend!

Staff was the best We were always met with a smile and a greeting

First, the staff was great. Always helpful. the location was awesome, couldn’t be better. But, the building needs updating, the bedding and towels were not the best quality. The towels did not smell as fresh as other hotels. But overall we would stay again.
