Everything was lovely - great staff and the room was great. But, we'd booked an apartment with a kitchenette - it lacked so so many things. I would highly suggest to NOT stay here if you want to self cater. There were 2x cups, cutlery and 2x plates and a frypan with 1x wooden spoon. No bowls, no pots, nothing to use in frypan, no cutting knives, no dishcloth, tea towels or cleaning product - detergent - we ended up having to go buy supplies. Highly disappointing and frustrating - not self catering at all. But amazing location. 👏

The hotel room was very good. The staff were excellent and very helpful at the front desk. They gave lots of good pointers on taxis to take and not to take and we’re just generally very helpful. It’s a good 30 minute walk from the centre of the city which is probably what I needed. But if walking is not your thing you can always catch a cab Other than location. I could not have any negative comment about the Hotel nor the staff. And the only place I’ve had a hotel breakfast it was not for me but then again that might just be Serbia))

Beautiful place, very friendly staff. A little bit luck of transportation because of the construction around. Otherwise, everything is perfect! Still will give this place 5 star review. It was a great experience.

Everything was excellent Only communication and signs should be better.

We booked in for 1 night, so didnt have time to use the spa or the gym. However, its an impressive hotel with a who's who of celebrities such as Tito to Mark Hamill. If we get a chance to return, we'll definitely stay here again

Nice rooms with reasonably luxury without the hustle and bustle of big hotels
