Great hotel to stay at, close to many attractions in London while still being in a quieter area.

Couldn’t get much hot water in the shower. Has an induction cooktop but no induction compatible cookware. Otherwise okay

This place way exceeded my expectations. The stay was beautiful and I wasn’t expecting how nice the interior would be given it’s in a charming older building. Staff were all super nice and always someone available 24/7. 10/10 would stay there again and definitely recommend for solo female travelers for a central stay in London!

The people at the check-in are professional but quite cold whereas the men waiting in the lobby are very nice. Breakfast was excellent. Our room, number 19 in the basement was freezing cold, we just shut it off. Why is the A/C so cold ? It costs money, it is bad for the planet and I had a headache ?

Disappointing from start to Finish. No human interactions, dealing with bots on WhatsApp. Had blinds down entire stay due to hideous view, was like being in a cave. Things broken all over flat, couldn’t get them fixed as bot can’t communicate properly. Location was decent, thankfully we didn’t have to spend too long in the space. Wouldn’t use again. I want to deal with real people who can be onsite and deal with issues. Wouldn’t offer any kind of refund for all the issues so went over Bob W and complained to Hotels.com who did compensate, clearly they recognise the poor service Bob W provided

Our room was slightly dates as in the bathroom had a very funky smell and the wooden sink unit was rotting a little however we only used room sleeping and getting ready so it was no big issue . Staff were all so welcoming and lovely really helpful even carrying my case to taxi without even been asked .

Great service, amazing doormen, and fabulous restaurants. The building is rich in architectural beauty. Loved the heated floors and towel warmers. Loved the little sweet treats in the room during the days. Great overall, definitely a my stip for all future trips to London.

I absolutely loved my stay at The Beaumont in London. This is what I would consider a true five star hotel. The rooms were absolutely beautiful, elegant, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Everything felt luxurious and thoughtfully done. What really stood out to me was the service. The staff were amazing from the moment I arrived and consistently went above and beyond throughout my stay. Everyone was warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely made you feel taken care of. I travel frequently and stay at a lot of luxury hotels, and The Beaumont truly delivers the level of service and quality you expect from a 5 star property. The location in Mayfair is also perfect. Beautiful hotel, beautiful rooms, exceptional service, and an overall wonderful experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Beautiful hotel, really stylish and comfortable with impeccable vibes from the staff - they couldn't have been more helpful. The room was beautifully furnished with great views across the garden, and really tranquil despite it's closeness to Earls Court Rd. And fantastic cocktails in the bar - the honey drop was something else.

it’s a really nice place i was surprised on the quality of the rooms . only thing which was a shame was in this day and age having to pay for internet services i feel is disappointing personally . but the rest was great good breakfast choices too
