Stay was great. But they have included the waterfall in the advertisement but the waterfall was not working. I have waited over 15 minutes. But otherwise, the stay was great. Staffs were professional. The food was very expensive.

Such a dreamy resort set in the forest-the most perfect setting which makes you feel like you are in paradise. The room was spacious with break-taking views, the staff were pleasant and food was top rated. The room was clean but not quite to western standards-some small touches would address this. The hotel offers a number of activities throughout the day-this is a great touch.

Lovely place to stay in Munnar. Very welcoming and friendly staff throughout, food is excellent with a lot of choice. Lots of activities included with the stay. Great location for visiting waterfalls and beautiful tea plantation hills. Highly recommend!
