« Accueil attentionné et professionnel. Situation au calme malgré un pont routier entre l’hôtel et la plage , à 9 mn en rickshaw du port des ferries publics et des bateaux pour visiter les backwaters et du terminal de bus. La chambre était spacieuse et très confortable avec un mobilier un peu vieillot . La restauration,dîner et breakfast était très correcte ( merci Josey pour sa gentillesse et son perpétuel sourire) La piscine en roof top est très agréable. Si vous avez décidé de visiter les...

« nous avions réservé une villa vue lac avec mon mari pour 2 nuits en décembre 2014 et avons constaté que les chambres standard sont plus grandes puisque notre fils en avait une. Eeule la vue faisait le plus de la villa. Sinon l'emplacement est au calme et l'hôtel en général est à recommandé et a beaucoup de charme car il est composé de plusieurs bungalows de style Keralais avec de belles portes en bois et autres matériaux traditionnels. Le personnel est attentionné et la cuisine plutôt bonne pour...

« C'est un merveilleux lieu pour se reposer après l'agitation des villes indiennes. Le confort et la nourriture sont parfaits. Seul bémol, le service est impersonnel. Pour le Kérala, c'est assez étonnant. C'est comme si il n'y avait pas de vie dans cet hôtel et les services annoncés sur le web ne sont pas réellement présents, pas de spa, pas de boutique ni de café ouverts. Juste parfait pour faire rien et profiter de la piscine merveilleuse. De plus, il n'y a rien à faire aux allentours. »
