we canceled this reservation via claim# 38253542. We had to do so because my wife is handicaped and it was not possible to get to the room in this old hotel as there was no elevator. I will say that the building had been renivated and the room was very nice. We just could not get to the room safely nor was there any parking close to the hotel itself. Expedia and or the hotel should make it clear the limitation of this facility.

Beautiful hotel, comfortable rooms, amazing pool and gym area. Great location as well. Only complaint (and this is minor) is when we checked in early the front desk staff said they would call us when the room was ready but they said they forgot.

My only complaint is that is was noisy and I think it was pipes clanging and not other guests. It woke us up and we are not overly fussy people . Great location but would choose differently because of the banging

Vraiment beaucoup aimé mon séjour. La chambre (ou le loft) était impeccable. Beau décor, literie de qualité, insonorisé, et équipement complet. Le seul petit bémol pour moi est la location, un peu loin du centre-ville et du vieux Québec mais sinon je recommande!
