This hotel is a health hazard due to mold and lack of cleanliness. I complained at the front desk to Kassandra the next morning and maintenance came and apologized. I was told I would get a full refund which I have not received yet. I took videos of the moldy areas and are looking for a way to get my full refund. Really disappointed with how this place is run.

Room had many issues. The refrigerator was not cold when we first arrived which was of concern because our daughter has insulin that must stay cold. Drain for the shower would not stay open so it would fill the tub as you were taking a shower. Towels had visible stains from previous use. The outlets in the bathroom were not functional. Someone walked into our room without knocking or notifying us. The room was a great size but would not stay there again.
