The room itself is very clean. Very good staff. Wi-Fi is pretty weak. Has a weird system with the room key. You don’t get a card to enter your room anytime you want, you have to leave your key with reception every time you leave. You have to be a trusting person to be able to do that otherwise take any valuables with you if you can. Showers don’t have hot water. Free Breakfast and they gave me free water. Overall decent experience.

There is contruction outside and they work all night and the WiFi doesn't work

Residenza Piranesi is truly exceptional. The customer service here is, without question, the best I have ever experienced in Europe. The staff is wonderfully diverse, yet every person shares the same remarkable qualities: they are intelligent, thoughtful, warm, attentive, and incredibly efficient. They anticipate what you need before you even have to ask and make every guest feel genuinely valued. The rooms are absolutely beautiful, elegant, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. Every detail reflects care and pride, creating a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere in the heart of Rome. What makes this hotel unforgettable, however, is its extraordinary team. Their kindness and professionalism elevated our entire experience. Residenza Piranesi doesn’t deserve just five stars—it deserves ten stars out of five. I cannot recommend it highly enough, and I would return without hesitation!

Worst hotel experience ever! The elevator was broken throughout our entire stay, making things extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, the guy at reception tried to charge me twice for the city tax, even though I had already paid it just 10 minutes earlier! Absolutely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here. I will NEVER comeback! I also felt terrible for the poor staff member who had to carry our 23kg luggages from the 3rd floor all the way down to the main floor. Worst experience!

The hotel was very nice. The amenities, the view, the size and comfort. We were only there one day so we did not make use of the pool or spa but we could see the pool area and it seemed very nice. The concierge and luggage staff were very welcoming and polite, but the staff working the morning breakfast was very hostile and made us feel unwelcome. This was upsetting because otherwise our stay was quite enjoyable.

Glorious property, 3-Star food, 5-star service.

Room was clean and spacious. Friendly staff. Close to colosseum, foro romano.

A hotel in a brilliant location. Close to all the attractions. Well air conditioned. Nice breakfast. Two points to be improved on 1. customer service, it may have been a language barrier but the staff on reception were not the friendliest and didn't deal well with a couple of requests. 2. the bathroom had been newly fitted by the looks of it, which was good, but there were a couple of snagging issues that needed to be addressed (see issues not dealt with above).

This Hotel has the most amazing staff. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The service was exceptional.
