Staff was great but otherwise I expected much more from this hotel for the price point and considering I got a premium suite. The room (especially the kitchen) was not very clean at all - stain marks all over the sink, dishwasher, and mugs had coffee rings. I could handle that but everything was just worn down in this hotel - the rooms are desperately in need of a Reno, the bathrooms look dingy. The mattress and pillows were horribly uncomfortable. Pillows felt like there was bean bags in them. I went to shower and there was no hot water. AC wasn’t turned on in the room when I first got there so it was super hot. One area of the gym had no AC. Elevators took forever. There was no cute little amenities (one of the reasons I liked this place based on photos was the mini byredos shown - they don’t exist they just have the big bottles in the room you can’t take) - in fact there was nothing at all in the room unless you asked for it. For the price point and the more premium feel they’re going for this place is massively lacking. A million better options for the same price or cheaper in Toronto/same area. Skip this one.

Classy modern hotel with warm, helpful staff. Coffee, drinks and sandwich bar in the lobby was so convenient to grab something while coming and going. Were able to get extra pillows with a smile and had maybe the best sleep ever in a hotel. Had such a great stay.

Everything was amazing

Great size for our family of 5. Walk to CN Tower, Rogers Centre etc was about 30 mins, with 3 teenagers. Quiet area, very safe. The apartment was clean, and had all the facilities you would expect and the building was secure. The host was helpful, and effeicent. Overall a great experience.

Rooms are only tended to after 2nights... didn't know this when we arrived. Humidity in the room stayed high and towels did not dry overnight. Heating/cooling system in room, vibrates and was noisy. There is no breakfast in the hotel. Coffee and Tea are available til noon. Long hairs stuck in the bath and on bathroom floor when we arrived. Some towels were discoloured and worn. Some were fluffy and white. No special amenities(other than coffee and water). Lots hotel grade amenities available for purchase. At the reception, one staffer was great and helpful. The rest were very misery.

Celebrated our anniversary! Staff was helpful and their spa is terrific. Enjoyed the lobby bar. Rooms were comfortable will be back!

Very cute Inn and very well situated. However the bed wasn't very comfortable, very hard. And the shower head was sooo powerful it would flood the bathroom every time. Would I stay there again? Yes.
