Toronto Islands Fishing Vacations

We have stayed at the Sterling 7 or 8 times now and its the only place we will stay when visiting the falls. The rooms are all unique and amazing. But the biggest reason we stay here is the cleanliness and never having to deal with kids or parties. They have a really good staff that make sure everyone is respectful and gets a great sleep.

Rooms are really small. Instructions on placing the card in the slots you enter to be able to have power (this was not mentioned at the front desk). The staff was great! Wished the parking was affiliated with the hotel to avoid a ticket

The hotel is beautiful and staff incredibly welcoming and attentive. The drinks we had in the lobby bar were delicious as was the breakfast at 1 Kitchen.

It was clean but overall poor communication, it took us 3 times to call for them to answer when we got there, the beds were rock hard, I was told check in was at 3pm but when I got there I had to pay $50 because “check in was at 5pm” also wasn’t told we would be staying with somebody else until we got there

Very comfortable and well-kept house. Clean, quiet, and exactly as described. Check-in was easy and communication was clear

Only used the pool and it was very nice

The lobby has just renovated. There is a small business section that has computer & printer set up. More seats for guests to sit around to wait. The new open cafe area has more choices of bakeries, snacks or coffee. Great location if u need to drive or take public transit
