(451 reviews) The location and building were lovely. Staff were attentive and friendly. There was a lot of staff on at all times, so no worries in finding someone to help. The space was clean. Parking close by was no problem at all. Walking distance to basically everything you could ask for, including great restaurants and cafes. The room was bigger than I anticipated after reading reviews. I appreciated having the safe in the room, and there's a spot for luggage under the bed. The bathroom was clean and nice. It could use a nightlight in the bathroom so you're not blasting yourself with an overhead light in the middle of the night. I really didn't love that the tv automatically turns on. But that's a nit. The bed is big, but it's really firm and I found it rather uncomfortable. The linens felt pretty cheap and scratchy. I had a pretty awful night's rest, tbh. The pillows were fine, just not my preference for firmness or height, but I know I'm picky in that department. The buffet is huge and there is a lot to choose from. Unfortunately, most of the prepared food was rather bland. Only one salad dressing to choose from and it was improperly labelled. (Blue Cheese when it said it was Ranch). Coffee was ok. The gym is small, but good enough and open 24/7 which is nice. Overall the space was clean and fine,staff were lovely. I think if the bed had been more comfortable I'd be coming back again. But a terrible night's sleep is not something I really want to pay for. I didn’t have to worry about cleaning bulky winter clothing, and shopping and dining were incredibly convenient. The area around the CN Tower is especially charming on snowy days—perfect for a peaceful walk and soaking in the winter atmosphere. The only minor downside was the occasional consistent noise from the nearby train depot, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Also, Host was very kind and professional to communicate.
