(1,006 reviews) The room was beautiful; very spacious. The windows were large and was able to get a lot of sunlight. The room could have been a little bit more clean I did find two unusual things in there & a random room charge but it was resolved quickly with one phone call.other than that the hotel was fantastic. Staff were great, friendly, helpful and fully bilingual. I will definitely go back. (737 reviews) Beautiful setting on the edge of the lake. The bikes available to loan were a bonus and trails easily accessible. We stayed in a villa which was fairly well equipped and comfortable. The hot tub was welcoming after a day out in the cold!. Not quite enough seating in the main lounge if the house was fully occupied though. It would also be nice if the furniture in the lounge and bedroom were orientated to take in the view rather than pointed at the hotel and other villas. The villas don’t have housekeeping during your stay so it would be helpful if there was a Hoover, dustpan and brush and cleaning products and cloths for clearing up properly after meals. We ate Le Cove and the food was very good and service forelndly. We would have liked to eat in the man restauraing but we were put off by the set menu, we would have eaten there if à la carte menu was available. (2,550 reviews) I recently stayed at LHotel and found the experience to be somewhat mixed. The room itself was acceptable, but it felt a bit dated, and I noticed the floors were not as clean as expected. I had also hoped for more original architectural details or design elements that reflected the building’s 1800s heritage, which would have added significantly to the overall charm. There were a few service and maintenance issues that stood out. The towels provided were worn and slightly torn, and there was no liquid hand soap available in the room. Additionally, when I called the front desk to request a fork, I was asked to come down and pick it up myself, which was disappointing for a hotel of this caliber. That said, there were some highlights. The continental breakfast, particularly the chocolatines and coffee, was excellent, and the lobby and common areas are quite impressive and inviting. Overall, I feel that with a bit more investment and closer attention to detail, this hotel has the potential to move from above average to truly excellent. (252 reviews) Location!!! What a wonderful apartment in Old Montreal! We came to visit for a bruins game and was able to walk everywhere downtown. Washer dryer, kitchen and living room. We chose the 2 bedroom which was perfect for 3 people. Nespresso machine and a few free pods were a very nice touch. I was very comfortable in the beds and they provided lots of pillows. My husband doesn’t like memory foam so he thought the bed was a little hard. There is construction in the area and the workers would load their truck at 6:30 am every morning for about 20 minutes but no fault to owners The owners were very responsive and quick to answer. Parking is across the street for $40 per night. Very close. You can park in front to unload if you want. Elevator very cool and old fashioned if you can’t take the stairs. We were hot at night and opened the windows a bit. We didn’t see a way to adjust the temperature but we didn’t ask either. Our fault. I am sure the owners would have addressed it quickly. Thanks again for a lovely stay!!
