The initial staff was great, housekeeping made multiple attempts to enter the room even after yelling multiple times we were on the way. Hotel is in a great location lots of homeless, saw people using drugs and discarded drug paraphernalia on the ground. Staff on the second day were all about business nothing like our initial interaction.

Let’s start with the positives, the hotel staff were amazing! The rooms were very spacious and the bed was very comfortable..oh and a GREAT location! Things that could be improved; Our room could have been cleaner, there were cobwebs in the corners of the bedroom, things smeared on light switch covers and very dirty dishes in the kitchen. The hotel rooms are very dated and could really use an update.
