Very close to Commercial Drive 👍. I think it's a great and practical option for travelers doing a quick trip to Vancouver. When walking from Waterfront station to the hotel, though, I suggest taking a more scenic route through the residential neighborhood, which I think is safer and a lot less busy than the highway.
